Gfs poor service

Hi I have a big problem am waiting for my order from gfs express delivery and my tracking number is GE*** the last time I called them they answered and said my package is in my city since then the number is unreachable the agents are busy I text on WhatsApp no agent is available since my Temu app say my package is out for delivery they are messing with Temu name which is unprofessional since my order say out from delivery from the 27 December I lost clients because of them
