The courier got lost in my complex insisted I come collect the items 3 large boxes 1x0.5x0.05m I am physically disabled. I sent some one to find the courier they had driven off I tried to call and send messages and saw I wss blocked. I was not rude mentioned I'm physically disabled and it's not acceptable they don't come to me with parcel. I suggested they get manager to call. After leaving and. Having rhe situation explained by 3rd party courier still refused and left. The parcel status is not updated these are replacements for rhe broken ones delivered and roughly handled by previous delivery these clowns need to be cut off and shut down.
