GFS IS THE WORST

WORST EVER !!!!!!!!!!! I ordered over a month ago on temu and they were the logistics company assigned to my order ... order was suppose to arrive latest the 19th of December but never did, every day i call 3 times as Christmas is approaching and i get told its out for delivery , then its been rescheduled with customer ( which is a lie) then apparently customer didn't answer call ( again another lie) then my number is wrong ( again another lie) their tracking department is extremely useless and say they will escalate it all the time and nothing happens. when i ask to speak to the manager , they suddenly not there . when i ask if i can collect it ( im not allowed to) when i ask if they can contact the driver ( they say they cant and dont have their numbers ) . im so annoyed and will not be ordering from TEMU just because of GFS express !!!!!!!!
