GFS Express...Worst EVER

Worst ever service...!!!

My parcel has been out for delivery since the 16 December, only to be told that it was out for delivery to wrong area and I would get delivery by the 22, until today, no feedback or update. Managed to get through to the call centre, after 33 attempts, yes 33, only to be told , the driver has 3 days to deliver my parcel, and that there is nothing they can do, not even contact the driver...!! i have Christmas gifts in there, which now, I will have to use for Christmas 2026..!!
