GFS Express ZA worst courier company in SA

I am so disappointed with GFS Express ZA. I ordered a package from Temu beginning of Nov 2025, with Christmas Gifts. Never had a bad experience until GFS Express was the courier company. You never get through to the Call Centre unable to enquire via WhatsApp as it refers you to the Call Centre. The lady that work in the call Centre is rude and not helpful drops the call when you ask when the package will be delivered. I called again today to enquire about my package only to find out that my order is being shipped back to China No email, call or WhatsApp to inform me about this. When I asked the call Centre agent what the reason was she said she don't know there is no note added. The call Centre agent said that she don't have a email. I still don't know why my package is being shipped back. Very disappointed
