GFS Express ZA - Terrible. Worse service encountered to date.

Absolutely horrible experience. Would give 0 stars if possible. I have made to date 14 calls between 19/12/2025 and 23/01/2026 and not a single call from them. Their tracking history is an absolute work of fiction: always claiming to be "out on delivery" only to be "rescheduled with customer". They have never contacted me to reschedule delivery or to even let me know the package is out for delivery. Despite multiple calls with the customer consultants the package I have been waiting for a month and a half has now been returned to TEMU. No customer service No customer satisfaction No attempt to resolve issues No attempt at communication.
