GFS Express worst courier company

This is probably the worst courier company ever. Their agents are all trained to say the same thing - "We will escalate it to management" or "Someone will call you back". and nothing ever happens. And this is after you wait in a queue forever, once the agent answers, the sound is soooooooooooooooo bad. and they don't really help you at all. My package has been out for delivery since the 5th April. Today is the 16th, I have not received it yet. The driver did not try to contact me once and has apparently returned the package to the warehouse as a "failed delivery"... I actually don't know what else to do at this point.
