GFS Express - What a joke

First courier company that I have heard off that is not in contact with their drivers. My package should have been delivered 2 days ago. I ask the call centre lady, please give me the drivers number that I can find out when he will deliver and all I get is, sorry they do not have contact with the drivers, thanks me for the call and puts the phone down. Very unproffesional
