GFS Express useless

I have been waiting for my parcels to be delivered. The current status is "out for delivery" since Saturday. I tried so many times to call withoutany response. The phone just ring without anyone picking up and then it ends up being dropped. I finally got through and the lady told me my parcel just arrived in PE!!!! Imagine I am in Pretoria. I then asked "so from Jhb it went straight to PE for what?".She then apologized saying no it's in Pretoria waiting the driver to be assigned. I don't understand, this company is soo useless and ***********. Now after reading the reviews, I am more worried. What can we do to prevent Temu from using this company?
