GFS EXPRESS THE WORST COURIER COMPANY TO EXIST!!!

this is by FAR the WORST courier ever to exist GFS EXPRESS are the WORST!!!! they have absolutely no clue what they are doing. i was supposed to get my package the 7th of February and its the 12th today and NOTHING!! they dont communicate at all and when you phone their "internal service" there is no way you can speak to anyone in a superior position as they dont have direct land lines or emails. all they keep telling me is that the parcel is either with the driver or its at the hub in soweto and today ive been told that its been moved to the jhb hub. i work in eloff street in jhb cbd and they said they cant deliver to me from soweto??? WHAT A JOKE!!! it should be ******* for companies like this even to operate!! the only thing they are VERY fast with is to send the vat and duty payment notice for you to pay!!! they should be shut down
