GFS EXPRESS - TEMU DELIVERY

Can't believe the incompetency of this company can't mail them to put a complaint in writing or speak to a manager.They claim the parcel was delivered yesterday 16/12/25 but nobody was at work as it was a public holiday. When asked for a signed POD they can't provide one.So who is going to carry the lost for our stuff that was ordered as they either cut you off or they say they will come back to you but they don't. We really need help to recover our losses due to GFS Express.
