GFS Express sucks!!

Gfs Express failed to deliver my Temu package over 7 times and I was just informed that they will be sending my parcel back to Temu because my package was in their warehouse for 30 days. WHO'S FAULT WAS THAT? Not mine! I was phoning, enquiring about my delivery everyday and informed it will be delivered tomorrow or the next day just to see on the Temu app the delivery had failed. When I phone to ask why, a rude, very unprofessional customer service lady informs me the driver said I didn't answer my phone or I told them I couldn't receive it.. TOTALLY ALL LIES! I have never had such a bad experience with a courier service in my life! My orders I made after the failed delivery order arrived because CN Express is brilliant. I asked Temu to NOT use GFS Express for my deliveries ever again. They are the worst of the worst!
