GFS EXPRESS , SERVICE LIKE SNAIL MAIL.

The first time a courier had to be delivered to my house I had to phone for 3 times and eventually when I was given a cellphone number of the person in charge in my area, he denied being uncharge but a day later phoned to say my parcel will be delivered. Fast foward to the actual delivery... the driver claimed to be on my road and not be able to find my house number which is very clearly visible. All the while me telling just drive to the end of the road and we will be standing outside. This went on for 10 minutes until he eventually arrived.

Every single time thereafter they click on attempting to deliver parcel to make it look to the businesses like they are trying to delu er and we are unavailable.

Fast foward to today the 05/01/2026. I am unable to get a hold of them from the 02/01/2026 and they have told the business they are attempting to deliver the parcel.

I really wish companies would stop using GFS EXPRESS or give us the option to choose our own courier services. There are multiple complaints on numerous social media platforms about them.
