GFS Express Poor Service and No Communication

The courier is very unprofessional. They called to deliver my parcel only to find out the parcel was not loaded, or rather, the driver couldn't find it in the truck because he was looking for it in a pile of parcels mixed up. All these happend four days after my parcel has been out for delivery on their tracking website. I cannot get hold of them on the phone because their line ends up dropping. No responses for emails and on WhatsApp you only get attended to after 3 days. The link to the website on Temu sends you straight to a Arabic website also. I'm not happy at all with the courier.
