GFS Express poor service

am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the delivery service provided by GFS Express. My order has been with them for without any updates. Furthermore, GFS Express appears to have no functional contact methods—no working phone numbers, WhatsApp, or website links. Given their poor reputation and lack of transparency, I am disappointed that Temu utilizes them as a partner.
