GFS express poor service

All my deliveries are always delayed it says out for delivery n come after 3 days my package was supposed to come yesterday the 19th of May n I haven't received yet they customer service line is the worst you will be very lucky if you get to speak to an agent the watsupp line keeps redirecting you it is really unprofessional n I don't know how a company can run a business like that my customers orders are getting delayed because of there poor service
