GFS Express poor handling of my goods

Concerns:

A Johannesburg to Durban trip does not take three days. This delay is unacceptable. When I called to enquire, the operator speculated that the driver "maybe had a problem" or "maybe had a puncture." This is not an explanation – it is an excuse. No one can confirm when my parcel will arrive. GFS does not seem to know where it is or when it will be delivered. I was not proactively informed of the delay. I had to call in to find out what was happening.
