GFS express poor delivery service

Ordered package through Temu. Delivered in SA and paid taxes. Month later GFS express no delivery. They don’t pickup the phones always a voice note or answering machine . Got through twice in 50 calls then cut the phone and don’t assist. Temu do refund so they say but what about the money wasted on taxes paid. Very poor service.
