GFS Express - Pathetic

I would prefer a zero rating. Have been calling everyday since Tuesday with promises made my parcel would be delivered the following day. Not happening - called 4 times today, to be told by 4 different people that : 1. The parcel is with the driver, but it is not possible to identify or contact the driver. 2. Parcel is at the warehouse, as it was returned, due to me not being available on the 27th, when I was home the whole day and nobody contacted me. 3. Parcel is at sorting and awaiting a driver to collect, but my query is escalated. 4. The agent just contacted the driver, he is on his way to collect and will deliver my parcel tomorrow. Al 4 of these calls were dropped by the agents, as I stated my query has been escalated every day since Tuesday with still no parcel delivered, so clearly the escalation does now work - and that I am prepared to collect the parcel from the warehouse, if I can get an indication where to go. So I have a 5 year old, who is supposed to have a birthday party on Saturday and GFS Express can not tell me where the parcel containing birthday gifts and decorations are? Had to cancel all the excursions I had planned with the birthday girl since Tuesday as I am told every day the parcel will be delivered the next day. I cannot rate a service that does not exist...this is just absolutely ridiculous!
