GFS EXPRESS OR IS IT GFS NEVER-EXPRESS

I have been trying to contact this courier company for days now. They always claim all their consultants are currently busy. There is no way to reach them. If i choose the automated route and choose to change my address, seeing that we will be closed from 19 Dec 2025 - 5 Jan 2026, the voice says "we have sent you a whatsapp, please follow the link". The funny part about this is, who the F do they know who they are talking to??? I am phoning from a landline and no reference number has been requested AT ALL. The worst courier company by far. I do not know why Temu decided to use such a ****ty company.
