GFS Express no delivery, no communication

The worse service ever. They do not deserve even 1 star. Temu order placed on the 14th December. Had been “out for delivery” since the 29th and still not delivered in Johannesburg. I could maybe understand if I was in the middle of nowhere. I have been calling, sending WhatsApp messages with zero success. I have never experienced such bad service. My other Temu orders placed on Boxing Day has already been delivered by other courier companies with good communication and updates. GFS Express I will rather cancel my future Temu orders, but you will not be disappointing me ever again.
