GFS Express never delivers

They are easily the worst courier "express" service available!! My Temu parcels are either showing out for delivery for days, or they update as "Delivery Failed-Rescheduled with Customer," but I don't receive any call. The funniest thing is they send me an OTP code after13:00 for a delivery date dated yesterday, and infoms me that it is out for delivery today! GFS you are a joke! I hope Temu drops you immediately.
