GFS Express - Never again

How does one give a negative star review???? I have no real words for this courier service. I have been waiting for a package for over a month!!!! It got lost in different provinces and they cannot tell me if it's on the way. Absolutely appalled by their service. I hope something can be done about them as they do not take ' courier. serious!!!!
