Gfs express is unprofessional

I have been waiting on my delivery since 4th of August and today is the 21st of August I haven’t received any call or email regarding my parcel . Why does the company allow drivers to lie and say they have called when they haven’t .This is unacceptable I just recently called the lady from the customer care service she hanged up on while I’m talking Temu needs to stop using this company
