GFS Express is the worst Delivery company I have ever dealt with

This is the first time my Temu Package goes trough this company and **** is not even the lowest word I can use. Firstly I receive a message on Tuesday 17 March and nobody shows up. Then Wednesday - Still a no Show. Then on Thursday I kept on trying to get through to the customer care with very very bad signal and eventually getting hold of someone that promised me the package is out for delivery on Thursday 19th of March. I received another pin when the package will be delivered. And still no Show. For 30 min today the 20th of March I phoned again, First person broke up so badly I had to end the call. Second person told me they can not speak to the delivery guy and if it is not delivered by Saturday they will escalate it. So I asked her if we can escalate it today since it has already been promised to be delivered on 2 separate days. She blatantly just dropped the line. I really hope that nobody uses you ever because your customer care is ****, you have empty promises.
