GFS EXPRESS IS THE WORST

GFS EXPRESS is the worst courier company ever. They are posting false information in the tracking system saying "Delivery failed - No answer from customer" The best part is, they don't need to phone me if they want to deliver my package. I live in an estate, when they get to security, they will phone me to grant access for delivery. GFS express even gave me the drivers contact details. At first he responded very politely to my text, then stopped. I phoned, he didn't answer. I am constantly phoning, messaging and emailing GFS Express...but nothing.
