GFS EXPRESS IS A PATHETIC LOGISTICS COMPANY.

I paid my duties for my TEMU package a week ago and GFS is still saying it has been unpaid. There are no contact details or email. Only a whatsapp query line. Which does not get answered. The website also does not help much. How can a company like TEMU use such an unreliable logistics company? Rather use our trusted local companies who have phone numbers that we can call and get hold of them for queries like this, where payment has not been allocated. UTTERLY PATHETIC!!!!
