GFS Express is a lie

Parcel has been out for delivery for almost a week now. Not sure if they are using a horse and carriage but usually when a package is out for delivery, it means it will be delivered the same day.

It is also concerning because the status messages say that the parcel was picked up from the Transfer Station

JOHANNESBURG on Sunday, 4 January 2026, 23:25 and that Out for Delivery Out for Delivery, “We are trying to deliver your order, if you have any questions, please contact us” Thursday, Thursday 8 January 2026, 1:18.

This is concerning since I live in Cape Town and there is no indication that the parcel has been sent to Cape Town or that it has arrived.

I'm unable to contact the customer support centre. The telephone line is always busy.
