GFS Express is a Big No No

Has a package that has to still be delivered. They started from last week Wednesday 10 Dec 2025 that the package is out for delivery and then all of a sudden a failed delivery. On the 12 Dec 2025 there was another attempt and that one also failed. On the 13 Dec 2025 yet another attempt and another failed delivery. Now today 15 Dec 2025 they are trying again. I have been at the delivery address each and every date they have apparently tried to deliver and no one from GFS has been there. I even went to double check on my CCTV system to make sure I did not miss them. They don't contact you like other courier services. I have tried calling their contact line *** and the voice promp just say their operators are busy and I must use their WhatsApp line on ***, then they drop the call. I tried to WhatsApp them but that is just a repetitive Bot and no help what so ever. I do not recommend using GFS Express. This is the worst experience with a courier service ever.
