GFS Express - don't use them

I have repeatedly called the GFS help desk, and each time I get a different answer about my delivery. I called their lone (which breaks up all the time during the call, so I've had to call back x4 to get one decent line). I called 3 different agents on the same day to be told 3 different things about my delivery. The last one told me the delivery was today, and still nothing. When the Tempu app tells you to be ready to receive the delivery, and then nothing happens, and the GFS agent tells me 'oh that's a fault on the Temu system, as if the package has reached the distribution point for longer than 72 hours it does that... Really? Temu used much better courier agents before - these guys are useless.
