GFS Express, definitely not express - pathetic service

I have been battling for more than one week to get my package from them. I have made several phone calls and every time I get the same answer, the package is out for delivery. I also get told that the driver phoned and did not get and answer. I was also told by one of the drivers that they don't deliver to Bergville, while their customer care call center says they do. When I phoned and asked to speak to a manager I was told there is no way as they only work with their personal cell phones and they may not be given out. This is pathetic, you cannot contact a manager or speak to someone at the distribution center where the packages are handed to drivers. This is the worst service I have ever had from a courier company
