GFS Express couriers are the worst i have ever dealt with and I receive packages almost daily

GFS Express couriers are the worst i have ever dealt with and I receive packages almost daily. Unfortunately with some online purchases we cannot choose the company who does the delivery. The "Support" call centre agents are the most unhelpful and lazy bunch. Their systems are so limited compared to other courier companies in Southern Africa. Their attitude is never to help. The actual delivery turn around times are at snails pace. I wish I never need to deal with them Again!
