GFS express courier - Customer service?

.... Still waiting for my delivery. Apparently they are out for delivery the last 5 days. Waiting since November. If I have any questions I can contact them. But where? Can only talk to robots. No one answers the phone. Worst delivery service ever. Packages ordered after were deliverd already by other companies. I really hope someone important reads these reviews.
