GFS Express bad service

GFS Express totally unreliable when ordering from Temu, lies about delivery, No response from drivers when they contact you on Whatsapp, supposedly your package is out of for delivery yet they ask for a location pin, if you don't give them it they will send the package back to the warehouse, when you eventually get through to the call centre you are met with arrogance and rudeness and calls ended abruptly, taken up directly with Temu however no luck either, Temu knows about the bad service from GFS Express, yet they still use them, suggest NOT to buy from Temu until such time they change to a more reliable courier service.
