GFS Express Appalling Courier - Stonewalling and Zero accountability

My wife and I ordered a gift for my son and the parcel has been out for delivery since 7 July. Escalations since then have yielded nothing just contradictory info, call centre stonewalling, refusal to provide other escalation options, and more tears for my son!! Truly appalling. GFS - you are a terrible courier and Temu should fire you. Your agents are not equipped to help us. Sort this out immediately!!!!
