GFS Expeess poor service

I'm very angry at thi courier, I've been waiting for my parcel, it have been saying out for delivery for more than ten days now, when I try to call them they just answer a call and keep quiet until I drop my phone. And it's not the first time, every time when my parcel is coming with gfs, I know I'm going to struggle before I get it
