GFS Courier Service - The Worst

I have been waiting for a delivery from GFS - to date I've not received it. The courier guy called me yesterday to confirm delivery and i am still waiting for that delivery - this is the worst courier service. Their communication is bad and the online service is now also not working. Is this a ****! They not even worth a rating of one star!
