GFS Courier on Temu is a ****, you will never see your order

What a disgrace. My Temu order shipped with GFS Express was already late, then they had the audacity to mark it as “delivered” when I received NOTHING. No contact, no proof, no photo, just lies. I logged a fault with Temu customer service, and GFS marked my order as delivered when its not. They didnt even bother to contact me. They promised me proof (never sent) and now ignore or cut my calls.

And Temu’s “compensation”? A pathetic R40 rand for an order I NEVER got. Absolutely insulting. This is *****, not bad service. GFS Express is flagged everywhere with bad reviews even on Truecaller for a reason. Temu should be ashamed to use a courier this dishonest. If i were you I'd think twice before ever ordering again with GFS as a courier
