GFS courier half-baked service

I received a out for delivery notice on 26th, today I call for my package which I need tonight and parcel has not even been allocated to a driver yet. I asked to collect it myself anywhere in Cape Town but they do not offer such a service. No managers available to talk to. This is ******* service! Remind me never to order from a company who use this courier ever again
