GF***press is terrible

Very dissatisfied and disappointed in GFS. They offer a scheduled delivery, which I need due to place and time constraints. I called 3 times to the call center and only got the run around. Still have not heard from the driver.

I do not understand the point of a call center that can do nothing to help but repeat the sane arbitrary comments to try an appease us. Which is more infuriating. And if you offer a service like scheduled delivery, make sure you can meet the schedule, or don't mislead us. We plan our day Accordingly, this is NOT OK
