GF Express - Pathetic delivery service

This Temu logistics partner's delivery within South Africa is appauling as the parcel has been sitting with the driver since 5 February 2026 and they have *****ulently reported failed delivery attempts. This is impossible as there is somenoe at home 24/7. I have tried to get Temu to blacklist them from any of my future deliveries but have not had succes on that fron as yet. Today is the delivery deadline and still nothing from them!
