FGS Express - worst courier ever - do not use them

The worst courier services ever . My parcel has been marked for delivery for the past 14 days . i was supposed to have received in it by 19 August , I did not , no one has an explanation about my parcel . very unproffessional and *********** . Temu should fire them .
