Fed up with GFS

I've never not experienced issues with this company. very unprofessional and they lie!! i was told my parcel went out for delivery yesterday and i did not receive but they say the parcel was delivered. to who? temu will lose a lot of customers because of GFS and i want my parcel i paid a lot of money for those goods.
