Fed up customer

This company should be closed down!no customer service experience on the Agents there are only two agents that are able to communicate clearl and willing to assist, Obrey and Ridah they are able to listen, as for others like Maria and Buhle they are there mistakenly, I have been calling this GFS for the past 2 weeks, no one can tell me where my parcel is, Maria and Buhle drops the phone in my ears whenever I call,they always tell me there is no Supervisor or manager, what kind of a call centre is this operating without manager /supervisor???? ,I call 20 times before I can get an answer, I am going to lay a case at Saps because I belive only the police can solve this, I am disappointed and Fed up now!!!!!
