Failed delivery lye

The tracking says delivery failed I did not answer my cellphone and you're lying I always answer my cellphone the only thing that is not working is a watsapp....why can't I answer my phone knowing I expect the parcel😡😡😡😡😡please let your lazy delivery people to phone me as usual or come straight to my house
