Extremely poor service from GFS Express

This is probably the worst company that i have ever delt with, they are the courier service that was selected by Temu to deliver parcels. I have payed the duty fees and they fail to deliver. We have called numerous times and calls was dropped or the operator was not helpful at all, we supp**** them with the tracking number but they insist that the fees was not payed . It was payed on 26 November 2025 the amount was R237.30 and the tracking number that we got was GE***. The items purchased was Christmas presents from Temu. We never had problems in the past ,this is the first time that Temu selected GFS Express for delivery of the parcel and now we don’t get any joy from them. They are very unprofessional when it comes to resolving issues such ad this and hopefully i never have to deal with them again in future.
