Extremely Poor Delivery Service and Lack of Communication

I am very disappointed with the service I received regarding the delivery of my parcel. Despite making several attempts to contact the delivery company, I was constantly given the excuse that they are "short of drivers." This went on for days, with no clear update, no urgency, and no accountability.

My parcel was delayed unnecessarily, and even after my repeated follow-ups, there was no proper customer support or effort to resolve the issue promptly. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for customers’ time and money.

If you cannot meet delivery commitments, then you should not accept the orders. I expect better service, better communication, and better planning from any delivery provider.

I hope this review serves as a warning to others and a wake-up call to the company to take customer service seriously.
