Extremely poor communication & no delivery updates

Is GFS Express even a legitimate company??

My parcel was supposed to be delivered between 3-12 December, yet there has been no delivery, no update, and no communication whatsoever. There is no proper, functional website, calls go unanswered, and there is no way to track or confirm where my parcel is - it’s incredibly frustrating to have no visibility or support — especially during December when people rely on deliveries for their Christmas gifts!

I cannot understand why Temu uses GFS Express as a courier when the service and communication are this poor and their reviews are so bad. It reflects badly on any company associated with them.
