Extremely Disappointed with Delivery Service

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this delivery company. The level of unprofessionalism I experienced is unacceptable. Their tracking system is inaccurate and unreliable — it showed incorrect information about my parcel’s location. When I called customer service for clarification, the representative informed me that my parcel was still at the distribution center, while the Temu tracking system indicated that it had already left.

There is a complete lack of urgency and accountability when addressing customer concerns. I sincerely hope that Temu will reconsider using this delivery company in the future, as this experience has been frustrating and far below expectations. I truly hope my next order is not handled by this courier.
