Drunk delivery driver

I had a terrible experience with GFS Express. A delivery driver arrived at my home at 20:30 to deliver a Temu parcel, and it was clear that the driver was drunk. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I attempted to contact the company to lodge a complaint, but my calls either went unanswered or were cut. To make matters worse, I couldn’t find a single email address listed to escalate the matter.

The service from this company is absolutely pathetic. If this is how they operate, it raises serious concerns about safety, reliability, and accountability.
